Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Director, Referral & CRMSolution Sales to join our sales team. This individual sales contributor roleinvolves driving strategic growth, exceeding quota, building relationships, andexpanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deepunderstanding of Referral Portals, Physician Liaison Management, and CRM; spacewith a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities
- Covering all of the United States, develop and executebusiness development strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate relationships with keystakeholders in medical practices and health systems
- Conduct product demonstrations and facilitatemeetings with prospective clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from leadgeneration to contract negotiation and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensureseamless customer onboarding and implementation
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, andnetworking events to promote our brand
- Maintain accurate records in our Hubspot CRMsystem and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in business developmentwithin the healthcare industry, patient engagement, electronic health records,and specialty medical practices
- Proven success in selling technology solutionsto medical practices and health systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulatoryrequirements (e.g., HIPAA)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, andpresentation skills
- Proficiency in Hubspot and G-Suite
- Ability to travel up to 30%
