Job Description
The Partnership Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of strategic partnerships, ensuring that partnership initiatives are executed cross-functionally, efficiently, and effectively. This role requires a data-driven individual with strong program management skills and a deep understanding of partnership dynamics. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing operational processes, and driving successful partnership outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Account Strategy & Planning
- Track and analyze key sets of data per client for Strategic Clients. This includes revenue by product, revenue share splits, product usage, size of client, bank partners, and key personnel. Identify annual growth goals and a road map per account.
- Work with program general manager and sales team to track performance to company revenue and engagement goals.
- Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews [QBR] for key Strategic accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and coordination of program activities, including:
- Partner with the sales team to ensure account plans and revenue targets are coordinated.
- Work with implementation team to ensure the status of each project for Strategic clients.
- Coordinate with the Success team and Growth team to monitor product adoption, usage and concerns to ensure C-suite satisfaction.
- Work with the product team to help prioritize initiatives that drive revenue, as well as track the roadmap, details and timing of product development related to Strategic clients' needs.
Project Management
- Maintain database of all relevant files (contracts, MSA, SOWs, NDAs, integrator agreements, marketing collateral, account performance tracking, etc).
- Champion data driven decision making and maintain the underlying KPIs to help the Strategic Accounts program thrive.
- Facilitate effective, timely communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Design and implement business processes & tracking necessary help the Strategic Partnership program thrive. Actively seek out internal process improvements to help our clients be more successful. Be a champion for our clients.
- Create visibility across the business into the key drivers of success for each strategic client.
- Provide internal support for strategic account inquiries, ensuring timely responses to questions related to success, pricing, and sales questions.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during execution.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project / account management or a related role
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience using data & analytics to drive financial models that support business goals
- Proficient in project management with the ability to leverage and project manage cross function teams to accomplish program goals
- Strong understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in business consulting, business operations or a channel program is a plus
- Must be in proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets, a plus if familiar with Power BI
- Willing to question the status quo and be proactive at identifying potential issues
- Proficiency in Hubspot and G-Suite
- Ability to travel up to 30%
