Job Description
The Product Solutions Engineer, Patient Experience will be responsible for demonstration our Patient Experience Suite and support our go-to-market team. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, technology, and client success. The technical backbone of the sales cycle—owning demonstrations, supporting discovery, integration scoping, and functional alignment between our platform and the prospective client’s environment. You will deeply understand Promptly’s architecture, APIs, third-party integrations (such as EHRs, PMs, and payment processors), and patient-facing workflows. Ownership of demo environment management, help tailor configurations based on practice specialties, and handle questions related to data flow, interoperability, and security. This is a highly cross-functional role that will also support Product and Implementation with feedback loops, roadmap insight, and pre-to-post-sale continuity on complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstration Expert supporting go-to-market team
- Partner with New Business and Strategic Account Management team to deliver engaging and accurate product demonstrations to prospects and client.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Promptly’s solutions, integrations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to maintain demo environments and sales collateral.
- Train and enable new sales hires on product knowledge and use case positioning.
- Help craft tailored solution strategies for key prospects.
- Provide feedback from the field to Product for roadmap consideration and feature enhancements.
- Build and maintain a certification process for demo readiness across the sales team.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Patient Engagement, Practice Management, Electronic Health Record
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience using data & analytics to drive financial models that support business goals
- Proficient in project management with the ability to leverage and project manage cross function teams to accomplish program goals
- Strong understanding of operational best practices, process optimization, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working in business consulting, business operations or a channel program is a plus
- Must be in proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets, a plus if familiar with Power BI
- Willing to question the status quo and be proactive at identifying potential issues
- Proficiency in Hubspot and G-Suite
- Ability to travel up to 30%
