About the Role


We're seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clients while driving adoption and growth of Promptly's platform. Your primary focus will be supporting users of our Lead Management System (CRM), Physician Liaison Outreach Tool (PLM), and Reputation Management Platform. Success in this role requires a baseline understanding of marketing principles to effectively guide clients in tracking performance and using our tools to engage prospects and convert them into patients.

Key Responsibilities


Client Success & Growth

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned Promptly clients
  • Serve as primary point of contact and conduct regular business reviews
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and feature adoption
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative, win-win approaches

Product Expertise & Support

  • Guide clients on optimizing CRM, PLM, and reputation management tools
  • Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding
  • Monitor product adoption and provide ongoing training and support
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to product teams

Account Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and performance metrics in HubSpot
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and growth opportunities
  • Execute contract management and renewal processes
  • Resolve client issues and escalations promptly

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in account management or client success roles
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals and lead conversion processes
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, MDprospects preferred)
